"I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at State Farm. After initially being set up with a policy that seemed fair, my policy was later changed without any notice, and I was charged more than what we had originally agreed upon. When I reached out for help, there was no resolution offered, and I wasn’t able to get the $135 I was overcharged refunded. It’s frustrating to feel like I wasn’t informed or supported through this process. I had high hopes based on my first impression, but this experience has left me feeling let down and misled."
